Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for all our products including pickles, murrabas, and deshi ghee. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Products received in damaged or defective condition

Wrong product delivered (different from what you ordered)

Products with manufacturing defects or quality issues

Expired or near-expiry products (within 30 days of expiry date)

Sealed packaging compromised during transit

Non-Returnable Items

Products with broken seals or opened packaging

Products that have been used or partially consumed

Products returned after 7 days of delivery

Products without original packaging, labels, or invoice

Gift packages or combo offers (unless completely unopened)

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of delivery via phone at +91 93352 95050 or email at support@grannysfarmfresh.com. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Return Approval

Our team will review your request and provide return authorization within 24 hours. You'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Step 3: Pack & Ship

Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Include the invoice and RMA number. We'll arrange for pickup from your address at no additional cost for eligible returns.

Step 4: Quality Check

Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it within 2-3 business days to verify the condition and eligibility.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved after quality inspection, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Original Payment Method

Refund will be credited to the same account/card used for payment

Store Credit

Instant store credit for future purchases (optional, 10% bonus credit)

Note: Bank processing times may vary. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges for damaged or defective items. If you'd prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

Same product will be shipped at no additional cost

Priority processing for exchange requests (2-3 business days)

Free pickup and delivery for exchanges

Return Shipping

For eligible returns (damaged, defective, or wrong products), we will arrange free pickup from your address. Our logistics partner will collect the product within 2-3 business days of return approval.

For returns due to change of mind or personal preference, return shipping charges of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund amount.
